Streamline Water Resources was founded in January 1988 under the direction of Mark Ingram. After years of working in the construction industry, Ingram set out to use his experience to make a difference in the water resources sector.

Ingram has extensive maintenance and operational experience in the water and wastewater field, having worked in both the public and private sectors. He has led operations teams throughout the East and West Coasts on a variety of water reuse applications. He is deeply committed to ensuring that Streamline Water Resources delivers the highest level of customer service to clients while safeguarding water quality and public health.
